Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Well 19 Replacement project includes demolition of existing Well 19 facilities, a new waterproduction well to replace Well 19, well pump and discharge piping, well control building,disinfection system, electrical and instrumentation, site piping, grading, plugging andabandonment of the existing Well 19.B. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required and install thefollowing items for the project:1. Mobilization/Demobilization/Project Administration2. Drilling replacement Well 193. Providing and installing the new well pump for replacement Well 194. New well control building for replacement Well 195. HVAC system for replacement Well 19 control building9. Site fencing, grading, surfacing, and blow-off pond for replacement Well 19
