Specifications include, but are not limited to:PRODUCT INSPECTION The State Department of Health or any authorized representative of the local Department of Health or of South Lake Schools shall have the right to inspect the premises, facilities and methods on any pizza or product delivered to determine whether or not the contract is being properly performed. B. PRODUCT SPECIFICATION All products must be produced under State of Michigan code provisions. A formulation statement that certifies that the product meets the Grain and Meat/Meat Alternate requirements for school meals must be provided. Samples are to be provided when requested by the authorized school official. Bids are to be submitted on the following product specification (for each serving):1. 14RoundCheeseandPepper o n i ( o r e q u i v a l e n t i f s q u a r e ) 2. Cut evenly into slices in order to provide required meal components to meet USDA guidelines. 3. Dough - minimum of 2.2 oz. *regular flour not whole grain 4. Sauce - minimum of .75 oz. 5. Cheese minimum of 2 oz. 6. Pepperoni not to exceed .35 ounce C. DELIVERY SPECIFICATIONS Ability to deliver to all buildings on the same serving day. The location, estimated quantities and delivery times are as follows: 1. Avalon Elementary 28 pizza pies by 10:45 2. Elmwood Elementary 34 pizza pies by 10:40 3. Koepsell Elementary 15 pizza pies by 11:15 4. Middle School 34 pizza pies in two trips 10:50 & 12:00 5. High School 42 pizza pies in two trips 10:45 & 11:45 6 . S t .
