Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Refrigerant recovery system must comply with EPA regulations (40 CFR Part 82, Subpart F) under Section 608 of the Clean Air Act that requires refrigerant recovery and recycling equipment be tested to ensure it meets EPA requirements. 2. Unit must have a minimum (1) year written warranty covering failure of materials and workmanship of all components of the refrigerant recovery/recycling system. 3. Unit must be capable of recovering and recycling R-22 and R-134A, and must be capable of removing oil, moisture, acids, and solid contaminates from the refrigerant being recycled. 4. Unit must also be capable of recovering R-407C and must be capable of removing oil from the refrigerant being removed. 5. Approximate pump down time will be 2-3 lbs. per minute, dependent upon the amount of liquid refrigerant available and the ambient temperature. 6. Location of gauges, switches, hose connections and control valves shall be easily accessible to the operator. 7 . Unit shall be supplied with one (1) 50 lb. D.O.T. approved refillable storage tank. Tank must have safety shut- off system to prevent over filling and have an approved liquid vapor valve to allow for removal of liquid without tipping the tank. 8. Unit must operate on 120 volt, 60Hz power.
