Specifications include, but are not limited to:MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS Please deliver the following to the address listed on the Cover Page prior to the submission deadline: 1.Four (4) copies of each student text and/or student materials; 2.Four (4) copies of each teachers edition and/or teacher materials; 3.One (1) copy of the other associated supplementary materials in the listed areas: -Next Generation Science Standards and Common Core State Standards alignment documentation; -Access to view student materials on both an Android and an iOS device; -A demo or testing account to any online course materials; -eBook versions of materials if available; -Teacher ancillaries available in digital format compatible with both PC and Apple platforms, and/or web accessible. Central to the needs of the District is a product that: 1.Aligns with the ASD Academic Plan for Engineering Design (Grades 9-12) [attached]; 2.Includes engaging projects that reinforce the Engineering Design Process outlined in the Next Generation Science Standards while reinforcing the following science and CTE content: Project Number 1: Technical communication & design, modeling & prototypes, standardized & systematic measurement, isometric & orthographic drawing, and manufacturing a product; Project Number 2: Forces, motion, momentum, and energy; 3. Aligns with the Next Generation Science Standards, CTE College & Career Readiness standards, and CCSS Standards; 4. Reinforces Engineering Design Processes and Employability Skills; 5. Includes formative and summative assessment monitoring of student progress; 6. Provides differentiated instruction, including the needs of second language learners, transient students, low-performing students, and students with learning disabilities; 7. Incorporates research-based, instructional best practices; 8. Is representative of students in a culturally diverse community; 9. Infuses technology tools to support student learning; 10. Includes an expected timeline, process, and methodology for updating information for the next two (2) revisions of the material
