Specifications include, but are not limited to:Term of Agreement The term of this Agreement will be for an initial period of three years, July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2019 with an option to renew based on satisfactory performance and the written approval of both parties for up to two additional one year periods. 5.2General InformationEnrollment Services (ES), a department within the Division of Academic Affairs at the University of North Florida, is the recruitment and enrollment arm of the University. The 110-person department is divided into 12 fully functioning units, which recruit, market to, communicate with, travels to, invites to campus and engages with more than 15,000 prospective students and their families each year. ES processes applications, financial aid forms and internal paperwork to assist in the recruitment and enrolling of these students. That all take a great deal of high-quality printing, mailing, giveaways of promotional and marketing items and documentation on tight deadlines with sharp turn-around times. In academic year 2016, ES traveled to more than 200 high schools around the state of Florida and Georgia, more than 25 community colleges, hosted 30 on-campus events, 25 off-campus events, hosted nearly 15,000 prospective students on daily campus tours and met daily with our 16,000 currently enrolled students. Each of those interaction required invitations, publications, viewbooks, follow-up letters, forms, promotional items and many more printed pieces. This Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to procure printing, marketing, communication, mail-prep and delivery to the U.S. Post Office, promotional items and work-day needs. These include, but are not limited to, postcards, brochures, viewbooks, forms and letters, envelops, mailings, t-shirts, sport bottles, backpacks, notebooks, signs, etc. The annual spend on this contract is estimated to be $500,000
