Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Office of Purchasing & Contracting is seeking to establish purchasing agreements with one or more companies that can provide a broad range of office furniture (case goods) to State Offices throughout Vermont. The State intends to select one or more vendors who can supply a line or lines of general purpose office furniture such as desks, file cabinets (both vertical and lateral), folding chairs, work tables, computer tables, folding & stacking chairs and bookcases. The selected supplier must be able to provide no cost delivery, on-site installation where required, and on-site post sales support throughout the State. The State will expect bidders to supply a manufacturers price list for the products proposed and offer a discount from the price list. What WILL NOT be covered are rotary chairs and modular (system) furniture.
