Specifications include, but are not limited to:PURPOSEThe DeKalb County School District (DCSD) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide Carbon Monoxide Detectors forFacilities/Maintenance Department and CIP SPLOST Program. This shall include, but not be limited to, those listed in the scope ofwork and specifications. The specification and scope of work listed and described in the body of this Bid establishes the minimumrequirements for a Carbon Monoxide Detector Contractor. It is the intent of the District to award this contract to the most responsiveand responsible vendor.2. GENERAL INFORMATIONA. Contractor, if doing business under an assumed name, i.e. an Individual, Association, Partnership, Corporation, or otherwise,shall be registered with the State of Georgia.B. Contractor shall assume full responsibility for damage to DCSD property caused by Contractor's employees or equipment asdetermined by designated DCSD personnel.C. Contractor shall be solely responsible for the safety of Contractor's employees and others relative to Contractor's work, workprocedures, material, equipment, transportation, signage and related activities and equipment.D. Contractor shall possess and keep in force all licenses, business permits and other permits required to perform the services ofthis Agreement.E. No guarantee of the actual service requirement is implied or expressed by this Agreement. Service requirements shall bedetermined by actual need.3.
