Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Santa Fe Youth and Family Services Division is soliciting proposals from data experts, evaluators,trainers, or other professionals in the field of Children, Youth and Adults.The request is to engage a contractor for one, four year award in the area of Results Based Accountability ProgramEvaluation, Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting to assist nonprofit grantee organizations contracted by theChildren and Youth Commission and Human Services Committee for the City of Santa Fe. The contractor willtrain contractors on system for tracking, reporting and analyzing data using a city designated software system(currently Unite Us an on-line referral management platform) and other data reporting tools as recommended.The contractor will have a broad view of the needs and programs serving Children, Youth and Adults in ourcommunity and specialized experience in data collection methodologies, evidence based practices and fidelityassessments (developmental, process, outcome). The successful candidate will also understand the importance ofensuring confidentiality, transparency and dissemination. The goal is to provide a streamlined system which willprovide the Children and Youth Commission and the Human Services Committee the ability to collect, analyzeand report the impact of funding allocated to nonprofit grantee organizations.1. Contractor shall have professional liability insurance naming the City of Santa Fe as the binder andwill be furnished at time of award.2. Contractor will maintain an up to date Santa Fe Business license which will be requested at time ofaward.3. The contractor will be able to facilitate agency collaboration and partnerships to increase outcomes.4. It is required that the contractor selected shall possess the ability to analyze complex, evolving humanenvironments and apply principals of CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement): assessment, planning,action and evaluation. Through references from other projects the contractor will have demonstratedstrong interpersonal skills, and be experienced and comfortable working with diverse socioeconomic andcultural groups.5. The contractor shall be experienced in data mining, developing data systems, conducting user testing,information design and infographics. Ability to synthesize and present data and information that is easilyunderstood by nonprofit agencies, the Committee and Commission, and the general public is alsorequired.
