Wireless Access Point Deployment

Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Domestic Violence Center (The Bridge) Undisclosed Address, Elkton, MD 21921The selected respondent shall deploy three Meraki MR46 wireless access points.These three shall complement the existing two wireless access points already at thefacility. Cabling to connect the newly installed MR46 to the existing switch and/ornearest patch panel shall be installed. The Meraki MR46 shall be placedapproximately as follows:a) One in the dormitory area on second floor;b) One in the kitchen area on first floor; andc) One in the laundry area in southern basement.Located in the Elkton zip code, the exact address of the Center must remainundisclosed for safety purposes. The Center is a two-story residential home (withbasement), and its address will be disclosed to the successful respondent.2) Help Center 135 E High St, Elkton, MD 21921The selected respondent shall deploy three Meraki MR46 wireless access pointsspaced in such a manner as to provide coverage to the entirety of the facility.Cabling to connect the newly installed MR46 to the existing switch and/or nearestpatch panel shall be installed. A layout of the center is included as part of theappendices to this RFQ.3) Child Advocacy Center 133 E High St, Elkton, MD 21921The selected respondent shall deploy four Meraki MR46 wireless access points.Cabling to connect the newly installed MR46 to the existing switch and/or nearestpatch panel shall be installed. A layout of the center is included as part of theappendices to this RFQ.4) Circuit Courthouse 129 E Main St, Elkton, MD 21921The selected respondent shall deploy up to ten Meraki MR56 wireless access points.Cabling to connect the newly installed MR56 to the existing switch and/or nearestpatch panel shall be installed. The Meraki MR56 shall be placed within the:a) Entire third floor, east wing (States Attorneys Office);b) Family Law Center (second floor, Room 205);c) Lobby / security checkpoint area (first floor, east wing); andd) Jury assembly areas in the basement.
