Specifications include, but are not limited to:The purpose of the CEHRT facility implementation is to control and treat the CSOTFWet Weather Overflow/Bypass to meet the required Performance Criteria. Monitoring forthis type of control focuses on characterizing the quality of fully treated effluent. The effectiveness of the control is to be assessed by the specified Performance Criteria and isassumed to pertain to the typical year overflow control level defined in the DesignCriteria (no more than three partially treated overflows in a typical year). The actualPerformance Criteria the CEHRT facility shall achieve for fully treated effluent quality isas follows: TSS, 40 mg/L (averaged across seven consecutive activations); E. coli, 126 CFU/100 mL (during the recreational season, May 1 through October31, based on the geometric mean of all samples); E. coli, 284 CFU/100 mL (based on a rolling 7 day geometric mean of allactivations during the recreational season); and TRC, Not to exceed (NTE) 0.038 mg/L
