W023--Intent to Sole Source USP-800 Compliant Mobile Pharmaceutical Compounding Unit

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to Stripes Global Inc, 245 4th St Ste 204 Bremerton WA 98337, for the following services: Lease of USP-800 Compliant Pharmacy Trailer. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance for contract award will be from May 12, 2023, to May 11, 2024 for the Base Year of the contract, plus (2) option years at the option of the Government. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be prepared. This requirement is to provide Lease of USP-800 Compliant Pharmacy Trailer at the Northport VA Medical Center. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532120 with a size standard of $41.5M. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 12:00pm Eastern on March 21, 2023. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to Andres.cepeda@va.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
