Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Newport Beach (City) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested in operating vending machines at various City facilities. The current facilities in need are the Civic Center (2 machines), Central Library (2 machines), Utilities Yard (1 machine) and Police Department (3 machines). The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified proposer to provide these services over the course of a proposed three (3) year contract term with an option for two one-year renewals upon approval.
