Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.2 The Contractor shall provide the name, current telephone number, and email address of a ProjectManager who will serve as their representative and will be the primary contact with the GuestService Administrator. This person must be available during normal business hours and at any othertime in case of emergencies to make all necessary arrangements for guard services. 3.2.3 The Project Manager shall:A. Meet with the Guest Service Administrator, or designee twice a year to review at minimum securityguard performance, security guard training and certifications updates, and discuss communicationbetween the Agency the Contractor. The Agency reserves the right to request additional meetings.B. Assure all watches are covered as directed by these specifications and dealing with the Contractor atthe highest local level if necessary, should a problem arise.C. Review the logbook making note of any rounds missed and checking the log for a notation as to whyrounds were missed during the quarterly meetings.D. Provide the Guest Service Administrator, or designee with a copy of the Contractors OrganizationChart and updates they made within twenty-four hours and/or upon request.E. Train replacement guards as needed. All replacement guards must be approved by the Guest ServiceAdministrator, or designee.F. Provide corrective action plans to the Guest Service Administrator, or designee within ten (10)business days for any issues such as guard performance, attendance, or otherwise specified. TheGuest Service Administrator, or designee will review the plan and provide feedback andenhancements to the Contractor. The Guest Service Administrator, or designee must approve thecorrective action plan. Should there be a disagreement on an appropriate corrective action plan, thenrecommendation provided by the Guest Service Administrator, or designee will be the correctiveaction plan the Contractor must use.
