Specifications
The contract consists of furnishing all required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts, and supplies necessary for, or appurtenant to, perform the site prep work, concrete slab, court surfacing, black vinyl fencing, nets, posts, sleeves, and rules and regulations signage for eight (8) pickle ball courts on a post tension concrete slab 141'x 145'. Additional site work includes, but is not limited to: site clearing, grading, site drainage, sidewalks, crusher fine paving, cast in place site walls, storm drainage systems, landscape** and irrigation, installation of site furnishings (benches, bike racks, tables, etc), electric service connections, and installation of underground electric conduits and pull boxes for court lighting and all light fixtures. Compaction testing will be required and covered by contractor. Site structures include a Maintenance Shed and Picnic Pavilion including concrete slab and foundations. **Note that the contract includes 1 year of maintenance on landscape plantings and 3 years of maintenance on native seed to ensure weed prevention and guarantee establishment of plantings. Contract documents require that all work be completed no later than September 25th, 2023 preferably sooner.
