Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors to perform as a Third Party Administrator for the Employers Cafeteria Benefits Plan (IRS Section 125)and administer the tax deferred annuity and custodial plans under Section 401(a), 403(b), 403(b)(7) and Section457. The awarded vendor will be responsible for the following:1. Work Directly with District Staff and Insurance Committee to design and/or maintain Cafeteria Plan.2. Make arrangements to meet all legal requirements of IRS Section 125.3. Educate District employees on the concept of Cafeteria Plans.4. Be responsible for enrollment of employees on all campuses and departments.5. Provide up-to-date information upon employee request.
