Specifications

The Department of Facilities, Fleet, and Emergency Support Services of Douglas County, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible and highly-qualified contractors for the repair and recoat of the ENTIRE exterior stucco surfaces at two (2) County building locations. The buildings include the Elections Warehouse at 125 Stephanie Place, Castle Rock and the CSU Extension Office at 410 Fairgrounds Road, Castle Rock.
