Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Plant City has identified fifty-six streets within the city to mill and resurface. The projectconsists of milling the existing surface course and installing an asphalt overlay of the same millingthickness. On some streets the milling and resurfacing will be an average depth due to the varyingthickness of the existing pavement. In some locations the street base has failed and will requireexcavation to remove the old base material and then install new base material. The location to removeand replace base material will be only as identified by the City.
