Specifications include, but are not limited to: South Main Street Rehabilitation and Road Improvement Project consists of cold planing and placingrubberized stress absorbing membrane interlayer and rubberized hot mix asphalt from Luther Road to ElmStreet. Additional work includes replacing non-ADA compliant curb ramps with new compliant ramps, newpedestrian push buttons at signals, new detector loops at signals, and new striping. All work is to be inconformance with attached Plans and Specifications titled South Main Street Rehabilitation and RoadImprovement Project.
