Specifications

This is a qualification and cost-based procurement process. The City of Pueblo is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified persons or entities to lease City-owned vacant land for the installation of solar photovoltaic ("solar PV" or "solar") only or solar PV with storage generation technologies. The land available for lease consists of approximately 2,353 acres (described in Section 3) and is commonly known as the "Honor Farm Property" (Property). The real estate lease transaction will take place in accordance with all the terms and conditions contained in the RFP.
