Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snowplowing required at the front of the Gordon Administration Building and theTransportation Garage is required by 5:00 a.m. Alpena High School and Thunder BayJunior High school snowplowing completion is required by 6:00 a.m. All other SITES arerequired to be completed by 7:00 a.m. so that school facilities are available forinstruction at the start of school. Plowing of any site shall not start before 2:00 a.m.during a snowfall. Failure to meet time limitations during a quantitative snowfall shall begrounds for termination of contract by Alpena Public Schools upon one weeks writtennotice.
