Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will confirm a budget, assist with the selection of appropriately-credentialed service providers, manage service providers, ensure fidelity of services implemented, provide reports demonstrating results of the programs, and meet the goals established by DJJ for performance and delivery of services to the youth and their families as follows:Selection of and subcontracting with service providers.Coordination with the EBP organizations to include licensing for use of the EBP, training for providers and supervisors, and ongoing consultation with providers (and/or their agencies) to ensure fidelity to the model.Web-based, system-wide data tracking to allow for program monitoring and continuous quality improvement.Regular reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually) via a performance dashboard created on key performance indicators.Responsibility for oversight of reporting requirements; ensuring proper data collection and reporting of program outcomes are completed accurately and timely.Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the program implementation and data, developing short- and long-term goals to address improvement as needed; provide project evaluation to stakeholders with outcomes.Collaboration and communication with and education of DJJ County offices and community stakeholders to ensure high utilization of EBPs.The Contractor will be responsible for providing training to DJJ Community Services division and Rehabilitative Services division on evidence-based programming for juvenile offenders to create buy-in and understanding of implementation process. Training will include empirical data on each EBP, program outcomes, cost-benefit analyses, program eligibility criteria, referral process, and other areas of impact. The Contractor will also provide training for key stakeholders to create buy-in and programmatic support.
