Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1). The Contractor shall perform reroofing of existing building, including:a. Demolishing of existing roofing and associated material.b. Removal of existing metal flashing and replacement with new metal flashing.c. Installation of new PVC roofing system.(2). Inspect roof sheathing and structure for damage. Any issues shall be immediatelyreported in writing to the DMV Project Manager.(3). Clear existing roof drains and overflows.
