Specifications include, but are not limited to:Services to be provided for the Robotics and Coding Camp Programs:1. Robotics and Coding camp programs will be held during School District 65swinter and spring breaks as well as the first 2 weeks of August duringsummer break.2. Robotics and Coding camp programs will be held Monday through Fridayfrom 9am-12pm and 1-4pm. Youth may sign up for a half day or full daysession. Curriculum should be different in mornings and afternoons to focuson different building themes for full day campers. 3. Robotics and Coding camp programs will be held at Chandler-NewbergerCommunity Center. Camps are for youth ages 5-12.4. Successful vendor shall provide supervision to campers during the lunchbreak from 12-1pm.5. Successful vendor shall provide all labor, personnel, expertise, equipment,materials, and other resources required for the performance of services.6. Vendor may store program equipment on-site pending availability of storagespace.7. The City reserves the right to modify such dates and times as needs arise forthe Initial Term and any contract renewals.8. Vendors are responsible for proposing a percentage split (between theVendor and the Department) or fee per camper of the revenue collected fromofficial program registrations. The City will have the ability to negotiate amutually agreed upon percentage.9. Program curriculum must be approved by City staff prior to sessionsbeginning.10.Program registration fees will be determined by City staff in cooperation withselected vendor each year.11.The selected vendor will provide the City will proof of certifications andexpertise of all program instructors.12.Selected vendor has the ability to negotiate new programs with staff pendingavailability of space, funds and program need.13.Vendors are responsible for their own program set-ups and break downs andare responsible to leave their respective room as they found it upon arrival.Appropriate buffers before and after a program will be determined by theDepartment.14.Vendors must have in place an organized and comprehensive procedure forthe screening, selection and assignment of their program instructors. TheCity reserves the right to reject proposed instructors assigned during thecontract term, or require the immediate removal of instructors previouslyapproved, who, in the sole opinion of the City, do not meet the Citys criteriafor the program.
