Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 The Consultant shall be responsible for assisting the CITY with activities needed toensure that workers employed by the CITYs contractors and their subcontractors are hiredand paid in compliance with all applicable labor standards.3.2 The Consultant shall serve as the primary contact person for the CITYs contractorsand their subcontractors for issues related to labor compliance standards. The Consultantshall attend pre-construction meetings to provide contractors and their subcontractors withinformational materials and requirements regarding labor compliance standards and toreview the labor compliance standards applicable to each project.3.3 The Consultant shall immediately inform the CITY of any changes or developmentsregarding issues of federal or California compliance.3.4 Prior to each bid advertisement, the Consultant shall obtain the most current andapplicable wage decisions information and provide this in a timely manner to allprospective contractors and subcontractors. Thereafter, the Consultant shall immediatelyinform the contractors and their subcontractors of any changes or developments regardingissues of labor compliance, relevant to their contract performance for the City of Imperial.
