Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.Contractor shallrecruit, train, dispatch and supervise workers to accomplish the following tasksat anytime of dayat both indoor or outdoorlocations:4.1.1.Moving office,medicalandemergencysupplies; 4.1.2.Starting and stopping on site Generator;4.1.3.Moving and setting-up indoor and outdoor furniture (chairs, tables, cabinets, canopies);4.1.4.Fixing, removing, and relocating directional and instructional signages; 4.1.5.Fixing, removing, and relocatingpower cord extensionsand lighting; 4.1.6.Collecting solid waste bags from bins and haul away;4.1.7.General cleaning and maintenance tasks may be assigned occasionally such as dusting, wiping, grounds cleaning and weedabatement. 4.1.8.Provide troubleshooting solutionsto mitigatesetupproblems at site. Examples include but are not limited to blowing tent flaps, stopped up toilets in trailer, or solutions for outdoorlighting.4.2.County on-sitestaff will inform Contractorsworkers and/or Contracting Officers Representative (COR)of the required tasks for each site. 4.3.When notified, the Contractor must be able to provide workersto perform the contracted servicesand is required to provide confirmation twenty-four(24) hours prior to the required time the workers need to be at task. Circumstances may necessitate same day services with an immediate, up to one(1)hour, response for service change request.4.4.Contractors Representativeshall be available via smart phone with email featureto respondto current and additional service requirementsand or emergencies.Response time shall not exceed ten (10) minutes;4.5.Contractors workersare always required towear disposal gloves, non-slip shoes anduniforms, shirts, and/or name badges containing Contractors business nameand Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while providing services in County Facilities.
