Specifications include, but are not limited to: 360 Jobsite walkdown SolutionsThe purpose of this effort is to utilize 3D cameras to capture images at set intervals or manually and place them on a site floor plan. Utilizing software, the images are stitched together to show a virtual walkthrough of the construction area. Multiple site visits shall generate work progress throughout the construction duration. The cameras can either be proprietary or open sourced.Open sourced cameras are preferred. Data submitted shall contain the following:Preferred cameras that work with your software solution.License requirements. Sharing and collaboration amongst team members i.e. owner, EOR, GC, subs, CM.Mounting capability i.e. Hardhat mounted, stick mounted, tripod mounted, free mounted. How the software integrates the images with the site plan. Capabilities to add notes during a walkdown.Capabilities of how the information is transferred from camera to Cloud (cell connection, Bluetooth, wireless, etc.)Time it takes for the images to merge into the project portfolio.Abilities to move images backwards and forward along a date stamped timeline. How to integrate the images into Primavera daily report.Other construction management software you integrate with, such as Procore.How long is the project archived?How long do we have access to the archives?Who owns the images?What is the ability to export all generated content and metadata out of the platform?Projects that you are currently working on in New York State.Company years in business providing the technology. Jobsite Live Streaming Camera SolutionsThe purpose of this effort is to utilize 1080P livestreaming cameras(cameras) to capture all construction activity 24/7 on project site. Utilizing software, still images shall be taken in intervals and uploaded. Video shall be stored for a period of no less than two weeks prior to re-writing over previous recordings. The Authority is not seeking jobsite security cameras, but a solution that can be integrated into Primavera and to attach video clips and still images to show daily construction activity. The live cameras shall be able to be remotely controlled and shall be capable of panning, zooming, and tilting to capture all activities at the jobsite to give a clear picture of work progress and task completion. The live cameras can either be proprietary or open sourced.The Authority does not intend to purchase, own, and maintain the cameras supplied. Instead, the Authority seeks to return the live streaming cameras after the project is complete. Data submitted shall contain the following: Preferred streaming cameras that work with your software solution.License requirements. Sharing and collaboration amongst team members i.e. owner, EOR, GC, subs, CM.Mounting capability (wall, pole, mast, etc.), powering (battery, low voltage, line voltage, solar, etc.) and data connections. How the software integrates the still images and video with the Primavera.Capabilities of how the information is transferred from camera to Cloud (cell connection, Bluetooth, wireless, internet, etc.)Turnkey services installing and removing the cameras or re-positioning the cameras. Abilities to move video images backwards and forward along a date stamped timeline.Capability to blur faces.Other construction management software you integrate with, such as Procore.How long is the project archived?How long do we have access to the archives?Who owns the images and videos? Augmented Reality (AR) Glasses/Goggles S olutionsThe purpose of this effort is to utilize AR glasses/goggles which can either work remotely with its own heads-up display and on-board camera or work with a customer supplied cellphone to show site conditions and to allow two-way communication between the project site and office. Utilizing software either provided by the AR glasses/goggles manufacturer or the software provider, real-time video images show exactly what the user sees. The glassescan either be proprietary or open sourced.Data submitted shall contain the following: AR glasses/goggles that work with your software solution. Or stand-alone AR glasses/goggles. License requirements. Sharing and collaboration amongst team members i.e. owner, EOR, GC, subs, CM.Communication Capabilities (voice, text, email, etc.)How the software integrates with the AR glasses.
