Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo (Court) has obtained grantfunding to support the purchase and installation of an automated queue managementsystem for assisting and organizing people awaiting customer services at court clerkwindows and other court public services. The premise of the grant is to improve on theservices that are provided to the public through innovative solutions. An automated queuemanagement system will meet this need by directing customer requests for services to theappropriate court clerk windows, and in facilitating staff planning and assignments to meetthat demand.The Court is seeking an automated queue management system that will allow customersto check in for court services, obtain directions to scheduled activities, check in forappointments made online, provide for remote check in from a mobile device, and willprovide text updates.
