Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supervising the creation of a project manual or handbook, containing agreed-uponstandard protocols for the Tenant Advocates operating in each court, as well as standardprocedures with respect to record-keeping, interactions with the rental assistanceprogram, interactions with judges and court officials, negotiations with landlords andopposing counsel, and performance metrics. Ensuring that all Tenant Advocates engaged in the project maintain a high level ofprofessionalism and competence. The project manager will observe the work of allproject personnel and will assist the legal services providers in providing appropriatesupervision and training. Coordinating training of volunteers or pro bono attorneys who may be involved in theproject as a supplement to each legal services organizations staff.
