Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:A. Contractor shall check-in with the on-site contact upon each service call to provideverification the service has been provided.B. Contractor shall comply with requirements of the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards(UFAS) in that a wheelchair accessible portable toilet unit shall be placed on-site at eachlocation.C. Contractor shall provide two (2) portable chemical toilet units, all necessary chemicals andservicing to ensure they are clean and serviceable. (1 Northbound and 1 Southbound)D. Contractor shall also service one (1) state-owned portable toilet and one (1) state-ownedhand wash station. (Southbound)E. Servicing shall be performed three (3) times per week.F. All quotations for additional services not covered under this Agreement are to be provided tothe State at no cost by Contractor.G. Contractor shall keep portable toilets in good, clean, and safe operating condition, includingwashing all portable toilets inside and out (walls, floors, toilet seats, and ceilings) usingAqua-Kem cleaner or equivalent to ensure proper sanitation.H. Contractor shall refill each portable toilet to minimum of (10) inches with a mixture of cleanwater and Aqua-Kem cleaner or equivalent product, with a ratio of chemical to water of20/80.I. Contractor must add deodorizing liquid to each portable toilet tank.J. Contractor shall take Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to protect servicelocations. Any damage caused by Contractor to state equipment, materials, or other priorityshall be repaired by Contractor to the satisfaction of the state at no cost to the state. Thestate may, at its option, repair any damage and deduct from Contractor the cost thereof.K. Contractor shall pump out the holding tanks and properly dispose of waste in accordancewith all Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations. Additionally, the Contractorshall remove and dispose of all debris created during performance of services.
