Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. PeopleSoft Developer:Skills and Experiencea) Experience in Development, Design, Test PeopleSoft Interfaces and Reports.b) Expertise in problem solving and understand Programming techniques.c) Analyze and troubleshoot PeopleSoft production issues.d) Candidate must have strong analytical and conceptual skills.e) Understand of enabling technologies, such as HTTP, HTML, XML, Web Services, Web Servicesfor Remote Portlets (WSRPs) and others.f) Expertise in PeopleSoft (PS) analytics and reporting tools Oracle Business Intelligence (BI)publisher, Pivot Grids, Queries (Composite and Connected queries).g) Expertise in PeopleSoft Fluid technologies, Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and EnterpriseComponents (Forms, Page Composer etc.).h) Person should be proactive, able to work in small team.Scope of Worka) Develop and test PeopleSoft objects, interfaces and reports using SQRs, Application Engines,Application Packages, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, SQL scripts, integration tools, EnterpriseComponents, queries, workflow, and PeopleTools.2. PeopleSoft Administrator:Skills and Experiencea) Good understanding of the PeopleSoft Application architecture and the various Application tierand database tier components, including knowledge in PeopleTools, Application server, WebServer and Process Scheduler.b) Administration skills including using PeopleSoft Security, Change Assistant, PeopleSoft UpdateManager (PUM), Integration Broker, PeopleTools, Elastic Search, PeopleSoft environmentrefresh procedures, PeopleSoft upgrades, tax updates, patches, images, and bundles.Scope of Worka) Install, configure, upgrade and support PeopleSoft applications.b) Create and Maintain System documentation.3. PeopleSoft or Taleo Functional Analyst:Skills and Experiencea) Solid understanding and work experience as a PeopleSoft (HCM/Financials 9.2 versions) orOracle Taleo Functional consultant.Scope of Worka) Lead Port business subject matter experts in Fit/Gap Analysisb) Develop Configuration Documents, Functional Design Documents, and Functional Test Scriptsc) Design, configuration, and test execution of PeopleSoft modules.4. Project Manager:Skills and Experiencea) Solid understanding and work experience as a PeopleSoft (HCM/Financials) or Oracle TaleoProject Manager.b) Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to technical, functional, and leadership.Scope of Worka) Plan, track, and monitor project efforts including schedule, budget, risks, and issues.b) Provide detailed and overview status to project and leadership levels.c) Mitigate risks and manage Consultant resources to ensure they are on-track and providing qualitydeliverables.
