Specifications include, but are not limited to:. PROJECT SCOPE: The scope of this project is to provide all transportation, freight, tools, equipment, labor, permits and materials to prep and paint six (6) individual buildings and coat one concrete roof on the fuel station. All buildings are on the ODOT Spray Complex. This site is located on State Highway 19 at mile post 93.7. There may be approximately 7,926 sq ft of paintable surface area in this contract.. 1, The Contractor shall be responsible for keeping the Contractor responsible of all activity throughout the project identified. In the absence of Mr. Smith the Contractor will contact Travis Duby. Mr. Duby can be reached at (541) 963 1329 or by cell phone at (971) 599 9473.2, The Purpose of this project is to: Prep and paint all exterior walls, man door overhangs/ awnings, jambs, and trims. Man door jambs will be painted to the stop style. Completed project must meet Project Manager approval prior to payment. The Contractor will be responsible for the verification of all measurements and quantity of materials, required to complete this work. Estimates provided must be validated by Contractor.3, Contractor shall immediately notify the Project Manager of any damage done by Contractor to building to system(s) or surrounding area.4, Damage done by the Contractor to the building system(s) or surrounding area shall be repaired to at least as good condition as found prior to the commencement of work.5, All color materials must be pre-approved by the Project Manager prior to work.6, All materials and workmanship must pass final inspection of the Project Manager prior to the issuance of work.7, All areas to be painted must be scraped, wire brushed/sanded, or pressure washed (all surfaces on metal buildings). All oil, dust, grease, dirt, loose rust and other foreign material must be removed to ensure adequate paint adhesion. Apply/use clean-and-etch solution on all metal buildings. All steel surfaces shall be cleaned according to SSPC-SP1 standards. Water is available onsite. Prime areas of rust spots with Chem-Kronic rust inhibitor primer prior to paint. Notification of this procedure must be communicated to the Project Manager at least (2) days prior to start.8, Wood and CMU structures, apply caulking were needed and necessary. Use a 50 year plus sealant. Allow to dry prior to priming and painting. All unpainted wood shall be primed. All caulking shall be applied per manufactures specifications. All caulking shall be paintable.
