Mesa County Public Library District (MCPLD) is inviting and requesting bid proposals for Owner's Representation Services for the design and construction of the Clifton Capital Project. The planned construction of a new library building will be located on a currently vacant 4.99 acre parcel near the intersection of 32 Road and F Road, Grand Junction, CO 81504 (see Appendix A and B) and will have approximately 10,000 - 15,000 square foot of interior space with parking facilities on the southern portion of the site.
