The County of Orange seeks quotes from qualified, experienced offerors (each, an "Offeror" and collectively, the "Offerors") for merchant credit and debit card processing services for the on-line payment of sewer rent invoices. OCSD #1 sewer rent invoices are issued twice a year with payments due on or before January 31st and on or before July 31st. OCSD #1 first accepted credit cards for the payment of sewer rent invoices in 2019 and processed 1,622 credit card transactions totaling approximately $750,000. The County anticipates a substantial increase in the volume of credit and/or debit card transactions if sewer rent invoices can be paid on-line utilizing a credit card and/or a debit card. However, the County makes no guarantee, neither expressed nor implied, of the potential volume of transactions.The County seeks a quote for the Services, as detailed in the Specifications section of this Request for Quotes ("RFQ") and sent to the contact noted.
