Specifications
Specifications include, but are not limited to: Annual Preventive Maintenance GE Healthcare Optima CT540 ASiR (CT Scanner System) Unit of Measure: month;provide preventive maintenance, inspections and repair services for specified medical equipment based on the equipment manufacturers recommendations;The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, travel, parts, and materials necessary to perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and on demand repair services to maintain the equipment.;Preventive Maintenance Requirements (general):Inspections shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturers specifications and recommended procedures, all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The procedures utilized shall verify that the equipment meets or exceeds the highest possible safety and functional level to ensure the proper care and well-being of the agencys clients.;For any inspections, testing or maintenance performed outside of the manufacturers recommendations, the Contractor will submit an Alternative Equipment Maintenance Plan to the Agencys Contract Administrator for approval prior to performing any maintenance outside of what the manufacturer recommends.;Preventive maintenance inspections for the healthcare equipment items shall be conducted in accordance with the frequency scheduled requested by the Agency. Contract shall provide a maintenance schedule to the Contract Administrator prior to perform ance of services.;The Contractor shall maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections and furnish to the Agency complete originals of such records, in a format acceptable to the Agency, 14 calendar days after completing the inspections. The Contractor shall maintain these original records in maintenance and repair log as specified in Section III.D. Beginning with the initial inspection, the equipment shall be tagged with inspection stickers indicating the date of the inspection, the date when the next inspection is due, and the initials of the inspector. Contractor will sign all Agency generated work orders after all work is completed.
