Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide litter and debris removal services to the California Department ofTransportation (Caltrans), as described herein:Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, travel, and incidentalsnecessary to provide mission-critical litter and debris removal in Los Angeles and KernCounties. Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement. All references to subcontracting orsubcontractors as found herein are not applicable to this Agreement.3.
