Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1).It is the Contractor's responsibility to maintain the overall grounds in a neat and clean condition and to comply with alllocal landscape ordinances. (2).Upon arrival of each service day, the Contractor or the Contractors designated employee shall notify the DMV Project Manager to address any problem areas.(3).All work dates and times must be approved by the DMV Project Managerbefore work is performed.(4).The Contractor shall discuss property boundaries with the DMV Project Manager at the start of the contract. (5).If the Contractor is using a portable blower, debris shall not be blown into any parking compounds, landscaping, planters or patios.(6).Noisy motors or equipment utilized by the Contractor shall be operated with minimum disturbance to the occupants of the building or adjacent buildings.
