Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Workstation cubicles shall be elevated and moved away from walls. All moveablefurniture shall be removed, tagged and stored until the work is complete. Fixedwork stations shall not be moved, except the courtroom benches and jury chairsfor Alternates 1 & 2. Existing carpet, adhesives, and wall base shall be removed and disposed ofproperly. Floor shall be prepared per manufacturers specifications. Carpet tiles, EuroTile 1308-02, 7101 17, 20x20, or approved equivalent, shallbe installed. Carpet transition strips shall be installed, as needed. Four inch (4) Roppe 700 Series or approved equivalent wall base shall beinstalled per manufacturers instructions. Installation must minimize joints andjoints shall be as far from corners as possible. Furniture shall be replaced. Section shall be restored to pre-renovation order and all waste materials removed.
