The City of Lansing,is seeking proposals from financial institutions or firms (a "Proposer") which may be interested in the purchase of its $12,500,000 2021 Installment Purchase Agreement (Limited Tax General Obligation) under an Installment Purchase Agreement to be executed pursuant to Act 99 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1933, as amended (the "IPA") to be issued for the purposes of providing financing for new capital improvements pursuant to a Performance Contract with Johnson Controls, Inc. and to pay cost of issuance (the "Project").
