Specifications include, but are not limited to: The South Carolina Department of Agriculture (SCDA) invites qualified companies to submit formalbids for five (5) industrial fans in our Pee Dee State Farmers Market drive through open air marketbuilding. All offers must include the actual price for the fans, instalation, and shipping charges ifapplicable. Bids shall also include a minimum three (3) year warranty on the fans, associated parts andlabor. The following saliant characteristics of the fans are minimum requirements, all companiessubmitting an offer shall submit a detailed product sheet explaining the characteristics of their fans.Minimum Characteristics:Fan size 20 feetPower demand 200 230 voltsHP 2.0Fan Extension 7 feet (subject to change after pre-bid site visit)The fans will be mounted along the peak of the building and must be placed 86.4 feet apart creating anequal distance between each fan. Spacing of the fans and the length of the fan extensions are subject tochange after the pre-bid site visit and discussions with potential offerors regarding the necessaryextension length for the size fan being proposed.
