Specifications include, but are not limited to: SAMTD seeks to implement a commercial off-the-shelf, configurable, web-based, vendor-hostedIncident Management Software Solution for planning, responding and managing issues related tosafety, security, records management. The software solution shall include documentation,tracking, and sharing of information associated with daily operations, events, andaccidents/incidents.The software solution will be accessed by departmental staff and used for supplying data for stateand federal reports. That data will be shared with state and local law enforcement agencies, aswell.The software solution must have a user-friendly, intuitive graphical user interface that can belearned quickly by non-IT users.The software solution must have the capability to manage incident creation/use. Included withincident documentation creation is the authority to determine who can create, view and modifydata within an event / accident / incident record. In addition, the ability to map the incident,resources and log entries are required.
