Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.3.1 Install Vehicle Tracking System devices in 69 vehicles located in Baltimore, Marylandand Hunt Valley, Maryland. The devices must be hard-wired to ensure a tamper-proofenvironment, protection of data, and easy integration with other systems.2.3.2 Provide thorough training and support to a selected number of six system operators(LABOR staff members) upon completion of installation of the system.2.3.3 Provide back up and data restoration solutions to support business continuity.2.3.4 Provide de-installation of tracking devices in the event that a vehicle is marked fordisposal.2.3.5 Perform reinstallation of GPS units that previously were installed in out serviced vehiclesand then placing the GPS units in the new fleet vehicles.2.3.6 Provide active tracking and monitoring of vehicles 24 hours/seven days a week.2.3.7 Replace, maintain, and upgrade the tracking device at stipulated times to ensurefunctionality at all times.
