Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District of Columbia ("District"), Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA), on behalf of the Child Information Systems Administration (CISA), is seeking a Contractor to design and execute a Quality Assurance/Quality Control program for its implementation of a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) using Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relation Management System (CRM). The District of Columbia (District) Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA), is seekinga contractor on behalf of the Child Information Systems Administration (CISA), to designand implement a quality assurance and quality control program for its implementation of aComprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) using Microsoft DynamicsCustomer Relation Management System (CRM). The CCWIS shall be a modern, modular,and complete child welfare system made to streamline CFSAs business processes andworkflows, integrate with systems and data repositories, and present an intuitive, secure,reliable and accurate user interface supporting case, client and family-centric view of the stateof their care wherever our staff, clients, and community need access to the information thatserves and protects our children and families in need. CFSAs goals are:B.1.1 The first goal is to obtain core technology that is modular andconfigurable to provide flexibility to meet the ever-changingchild welfare policies and streamline CFSAs business processesand workflows.B.1.2 The second goal is to reduce data entry by social workers andguide users to their perspective goalsB.1.3 The third goal is to present an intuitive, secure, reliable andaccurate user interface that supports case, client and familycentric views of CFSAs client care and staff workload.B.1.4 The fourth goal is to promote transparency and accountabilitythrough compliance with federal and District policies andconsistency of the application of rules.B.1.5 The fifth goal is to meet and exceed data exchange, and securityrequirements set forth by the federal regulations.
