FY'23-RFQ-DOH-DESIGN UPDATES-DCSS SUPPLIERS PREFERRED

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task Description 1 CREATE GRAPHIC DESIGN, ARTWORK, CONTENT, AND TRANSLATION FOR THE DC FEDERAL NUTRITION PROGRAMS TOOLKIT INFORMATION BOOKLETS BY AGE GROUPThe vendor shall develop and create print ready, editable Canva files based on requested updates to the nine (9) DC Federal Nutrition Programs Toolkit Information Booklets. This will include assisting with revision of language, content, pictures and graphic design of all nine (9) booklets. Booklets shall be 1 page, front and back, trifolds. Separate booklets shall be created with unified branding and will be organized by the following age groups:Pregnant women and new momsInfants (birth-1 year)Children (2-5 years)Children (6-18 years)Children with disabilities (6-18 years)Adults (19-59 years)Adults with disabilities (19-59 years)Older adults (60+ years)Condensed Booklet with All Programs/Age GroupsThe NPFB Project Coordinator with serve as a subject matter expert to assist with development of booklet language to ensure it is consistent with evidenced based public health nutrition messaging that is clear, concise, and at a 5th grade reading level. The NPFB Project Coordinator will assist in providing text language for the contents of the booklets and the vendor will be responsible for providing pictures for the booklets. The vendor will assist the NPFB Project Coordinator in ensuring language and imagery is appropriately placed and easy to understand by target audience and represents the cultural and age diversity of the DC population. Text shall be provided by the NPFB Project Coordinator.
