In an effort to standardize campus furnishings, Mines has developed Furniture Standards that documents which manufacturers will be allowed in specific buildings. Through the RFP process, Mines seeks to identify authorized dealers for the various furnishing manufacturers referenced in Section III, Scope of Work. The end-result will be a list of vendors that Mines will purchase furniture from, without the need for a formal solicitation process. Mines will work with the authorized dealers to establish practical business processes and procedures.The goal of this RFP is to have a list of Offeror(s) that provide the furniture as shown in Section III, Scope of Work. Multiple Offeror(s) will be awarded under this RFP.
