Specifications include, but are not limited to: Elbeco Paragon Plus or approved substitute.Shall include but not limited to the following:1. The front shall have a facing width extending from the neckline to the bottom ofshirt provided by a turn under of material. The left front shall also have a linedbox pleat 1-1/2 wide finished, running full length of the shirt and shall betopstitched from both edges. The left front shall contain seven verticalbuttonholes placed from the edge and 3-1/2 apart.2. Buttons shall be securely attached to the button stand on the right front, and shallcorrespond to the buttonholes placed from the edge and 3 apart.3. Color: White4. The following shirt sizes:Extra Small (XS); Small (S); Medium (M); Large (L); Extra Large (XL); Extra,Extra Large (2XL); Extra, Extra, Extra Large (3XL); Extra, Extra, Extra, ExtraLarge (4XL); and Extra, Extra, Extra, Extra, Extra Large (5XL) or equivalent.Women sizes: 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50. 5. Two (2) mitered breast pockets with Velcro or equal, down flaps. The left pocketflap shall have a slot for pen. Both pocket flaps shall have a non-functioningbutton that lends to a professional appearance.6. A dress collar that is fused to stay straight and smooth and reinforced with pellonfor added shape retention and to retain a clean, crisp shape.7. A badge tab to be reinforced on the inside of the shirt by means of a strip offabric, identical to the shirt and measuring 1-1/2 inch wide stitched and folded sothat no raw edges show. The reinforced strip is to extend from the flap settingstitch to the joining seam at the front of the yoke. To have two small horizontalbuttonholes, 1-1/4 apart with the bottom buttonhole 1-1/2 above the top of theleft flap.8. Shirt to have permanent military creases. Creases to be stitched in shirt only, notthru pockets and flaps. One crease in each front extending from hem to joiningseam. Three vertical crease in back middle crease on center back line; sideback creases spaced equally from center crease.9. All buttons shall be size 20 ligne and made from melamine material for durabilityand must match fabric.10. Fabric should be 65% Dacron Polyester/35% Cotton or approved substitute.Must be treated at the fabric level with fluid repellency technology, whilemaintaining original fabric breathability.
