Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposals is to establish Price Contract(s) for Full-Service Printing for theUniversity of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky. The resultant contract(s) will establish full-serviceprinting from qualified and experienced companies to provide graphic design, typesetting, printing,proofs, binding, forms (except continuous feed stationery forms), specialty services, and customerservice support representative(s) dedicated to the Universitys print needs. The University currently has 10 full-service printing contracts.Estimated expenditures for all (full-service and stationery combined) printing purchases by theUniversity equal approximately $4 million per year. Successful contactor(s) will serve as one-stop shops providing all required full-service print needsof the University whether they be provided in-house or via a sub-contracting structure. Contractawardees are fully and solely responsible to the University for all products and services providedthrough their contract.This Request for Proposals does not include newsprint, business cards, letterhead, envelopes,stationery-related items, continuous feed stationery forms, non-printing PublicRelations/Advertising, and any other items the University may deem as non-appropriate.
