Front Mount Mower W/ Snow Blower Attachment

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Distributor Requirements The successful bidder shall be a licensed dealer / distributor of the proposedequipment. The successful bidder shall maintain a store front and be located within 20miles of Seaford. The successful bidder shall maintain an inventory of common replacementparts for the proposed equipment including belts, filters, cutting blades, andother common wear parts. The successful bidder shall offer full on-site repair and maintenance servicesof the proposed equipment with a 72-hour turn-around time on most repairs.Equipment General The proposed equipment shall be a new 2023 model year. The proposed equipment shall be a John Deere 1550 TerrainCut 4wd Mower(or approved equal). The proposed equipment shall be a Front-mount deck, rear engineconfiguration. The proposed equipment shall be equipped with internal wet disk brakes witha standard locking master brake. The proposed equipment shall be equipped with hydraulic cylinder controls forsmoother speed and steering control. The proposed equipment shall be equipped with a high back full suspensionseat with arm rests to reduce operator fatigue. The proposed equipment drive tires shall be of a non-aggressive turf tire treaddesign. The proposed equipment shall have a minimum factory rated travel speed of12 mph forward and 5mph reverse. The proposed equipment shall have a minimum fuel tank capacity of 16gallons and be capable of 8 hours of continuous cutting operation. The proposed equipment shall be equipped with removable front caster armswith flat free tires which are easily replaced when damaged. The equipments hydraulic pumps and wheel motors shall be separatecomponents. The pumps shall have a minimum rated capacity of 5.1 gpm. The proposed equipment shall have a large capacity hydraulic oil cooler. The proposed equipment shall be provided with a minimum two-year factorywarranty. The proposed equipment shall have the option to hold a trash receptacle kit.Cutting Deck The mower deck shall have a cutting width of 72+/- inches and the ratedacres per hour cutting capacity shall be provided with the submittal. The mower deck shall either have a stamped deck or welded deck. The mower deck shall, at a minimum, be constructed of 10-gauge steel topand 7-gauge steel skirts. The mower deck shall have a capable cutting height from 1 to 6 inches. The mower deck shall be of a medium lift side discharge design. The mower deck shall have a minimum blade tip speed of 18,000 feet perminute. The mower deck shall be equipped with front and rear rollers to preventscalping of the turf. The blade spindles shall be greaseable spindles and not sealed spindles.Engine (the description is for each mower) The engine shall be a diesel-powered engine rated at a minimum of 25-hp The engine shall be equipped with a canister dual element air filter. The engine shall be equipped with a Run Time Hour meter.Snowblower Attachment The snowblower shall be compatible to mount to the John Deere 1550 (orapproved equal) The snowblower shall have a minimum clearing width of 47 inches.
