Specifications
Specifications include, but are not limited to: Removal and offsite disposal of all existing flooring and wall base. Preform moisture testing. If moisture is determined to be an issued we will workwith the awarded contractor for a resolution via a change order. Grind of level concrete flooring as needed. Remove or encapsulate existing mastic/glue as needed. Supply and install flooring transitions between rooms and floors as needed Warranty of 15 years for delamination and 3 years for installation/labor. Have a preinstallation meeting to coordinate the project schedule and finalizeflooring colors. Site clear any removed materials or debris on a daily basis.
