Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services Contractor shall perform to consists of, but is not limited to, the following:Contractor shall provide continuous services 24 hours a day, 7 days per week for fire alarm monitoring of all internal and external components associated with the Fire Alarm Monitoring Systems, including but not limited to the equipment and locations identified on Exhibit A, Attachment 1 Fire Alarm Equipment list.Notification in the event of an alarm:For any Alarm Condition, the Central Monitoring Station (CMS) will contact the local fire department and thereafter contact the FMD Contract Administrator.For all Trouble Alarms the CMS will only contact the FMD Contract Administrator.Contact information for chain of notification shall be provided at the start-up meeting.FMD reserves the right to add equipment similar to the existing fire alarm equipment listed and/or delete equipment that has become obsolete. Additional equipment will be serviced at the rates specified in Exhibit B, Attachment 1, Cost Sheet.D. Contractor will provide a Remote Receiving Station (RRS) utilizing the existing dialers provided at each building location. The RRS must be staffed with trained, competent personnel who are available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. The dialers must be non-toll local or 800 numbers so as not to incur charges dialing out. Contractor will be responsible for maintenance and repair of the Remote Receiving Stations. If equipment needs to be replaced, replacement and installation shall be at contractors expense.E. Contractor will be responsible for the necessary programming for the communication process to function properly between FMDs equipment and the RRS equipment. Satisfactory testing or transmitting of FMDs equipment and receiving of RRS equipment shall be performed by the Contractor within five working days of execution of the Contract and a report of the results shall be provided to FMD. Should the equipment have to be replaced, the Contractor will re-program (equipment) the communication process.
