Specifications include, but are not limited to:1. Schedule, plan, and facilitate meetings of Charter School Liaisons. Include identification of location,preparation of materials, and follow-up. Meetings will occur 4-8 times over a year. Meetings will bevia conference call, web-based meeting application, or in person. 2. Schedule and plan at least one webinar designed to update and support Charter Liaisons in localschool systems that do not have operating public charter schools, or Charter Liaisons who are newlyappointed in their role.3. Create regular written updates to Charter School Liaisons.4. Compile documents from local school systems for each aspect of the authorizing process.5. Identify examples of policy and practice documents from other states.6. Update a web-based resource on the authorizing process for Marylands Charter Liaisons.
